Senegal was one of alleged serial rapist Jean-Luc Brunel’s favourite destinations, according to a local media source, Dakaractu TV.
It said on YouTube the former model agent was on his way to Dakar for “end of year celebrations” when he was arrested in Paris.
It’s alleged Brunel has some close friends in Senegal.
The website noted the incident had raised a few eyebrows in the African nation.
“The question then arises: Why does the mere mention of the Senegalese capital, a destination like any other, become interesting in this case?
First, it is because of the alleged facts: International trafficking and trafficking in human beings are among them.”
It adds:“he (Jean-Luc Brunel was) present at the laying of the first stone of the Senegal Stadium in Diamniadio, a ceremony presided over by the Head of State, but he also featured prominently in the official platform.”
Was Jean Luc Brunel at Diamniadio as a sports actor, or simply in scouting for his model management agencies?
Who invited and installed at the official platform, the one who is neither from the sports world, nor known to the world of construction?”
The website said: “Following in the footsteps of Jean Luc Brunel to disentangle truth from falsehood, Dakaractu is in a position, pending further developments to come, to report that Jean Luc Brunel did indeed have his habits in Dakar.
The Senegalese capital is one of his favorite destinations, especially since there are very solid friendships (and other relationships?).”
