Prince Andrew Sued By His Epstein Nemesis Virginia Giufree

Today’s Prince Andrew Virginia Giufree development is one of the biggest stories to come out of the Jeffrey Epstein Ghislaine Maxwell criminal conspiracy.

Prince Andrew is being sued by his Epstein nemesis.

So will the Duke of York actually come face-to-face with the Epstein whistleblower Virginia Roberts in a New York court?

It may not happen; he will possibly settle. But let’s think of the court of public opinion here. That’s clearly what Virginia’s lawyers have in mind.

Even so, would he ever be brave enough to go to America. He risks potential arrest by the FBI or being led into a perjury trap if asked by about the Ghislaine Maxwell case. I’m not certain.

But Virginia is suing Prince Andrew over allegations that he was sexually abused her when she was younger. And the possibility is looming very large for one of Britain’s most controversial Royals.

So what are the implications for the royal family here? Will it force the queen to protect the royal family? Will he become a sacrificial lamb? It is absolutely unprecedented.

The biggest news story of the past decade in my opinion, when it comes to the Royals forget about Megan forget about Harry. They’re just a smokescreen for Andrew.

The Queen’s up at Balmoral now, which is her summertime retreat. I bet she she took quite a few people with her.

Virginia has alleged in court documents that she was forced to have sex with the Duke of York on three occasions in London, New York and on Epstein’s Caribbean island when she was under the age of 18.

But also she was trafficked. It was against her will so regardless of how old she is, in that particular case, it does not matter. You cannot be willingly trafficked.

Now, the particular allegation she made about Epstein’s little St. James Island is horrific. She claimed that Andrew was involved in an orgy with Epstein and some Eastern European girls. Andrew has denied that he was involved in such thing.

Virginia said that Epstein told her he liked Eastern European girls because they couldn’t speak much English.

There’s also a supervisor who worked for Epstein on the island. He remembers saying Virginia with Prince Andrew. Come on who’s lying?

So Prince Andrew has repeatedly and strenuously denied the allegations, but he’s yet to respond to the lawsuit. Well wait for it because it is coming now. It’s going to be ugly. But I’m sure Virginia and her lawyers are expecting this.

Virginia said: “I did not come to this decision lightly. As a mother and a wife. My family comes first. And I know this action will subject me to further attacks by Prince Andrew and his surrogates. But I knew if I did not pursue this action, I’d be letting them and victims everywhere.”

But she is suing Prince Andrew over allegations that he was sexually abused her when she was younger. And the possibility is looming very large for one of Britain’s most controversial Royals.

And we know what happened when Ghislaine Maxwell was sued by Virginia, back in 2015. It has absolutely set in train Maxwell’s ruination. This is very serious.

Interesting, though. David Boies spoke to the Daily Mail. Now he is Virginia’s lawyer, he’s a super lawyer, actually. Now he told the Daily Mail that Andrew’s lawyers hadn’t been responding to any of his requests to put a timeline together. Well, I bet you they are now he can’t avoid justice. And whether it’s going to be in a court of law, or in the court of public opinion, we shall see. Tick Tock Andrew, tick tock.

But I want to let you know, this case runs deep, we are journalists and we’ve been following it now for close to two years. And I have to tell you, there are so many implications at play here now.

For example, we all know that famous photo or infamous photo of Andrew with Virginia, while Maxwell’s looking over their shoulders like the goon that she is with a face flushed with excitement.

But who was waiting for Prince Andrew that night outside Ghislaine’s house? His two protection offices. So I think you know now why it’s not only the soft power of the Royals, but it’s also the implication of other government agencies in this cover up that make it so significant.

I’m going to make some predictions now from what we have observed over the past two years. The Royals do not play fair when it comes to protecting Prince Andrew. Now Megan Markel has been a cover for a long time. She has been his what we describe as a dead cat. She’s been used to protect him. Make no mistake

It is worth saying the royal family will go on attack against Virginia. And they’ve shown absolutely no mercy at all. The crisis people engage with a known troll who’d been attacking it stain survivors. Her name is Molly Skye Brown.

Now, we’ve seen in particular case, the UK telegraph newspaper, keep your eye on it. They have an ally there called Camilla Tominney, who has also interviewed Alan Dershowitz, who is not only Martha’s Vineyard’s number one nude volleyball law, but he’s also Epstein’s lawyer. And Virginia has allege that he assaulted her as well.

Isn’t it a wicked web? But they’re all sort of linked in some way. So anyway, Dershowitz went to Camilla and spoke to her about Virginia and her allegations and a few days later, Camilla had a story about some legal papers. They were several pages of millions of pages trust me, Jen and I tried to look at some of them. There’s millions of pages.

They’re trying to say Virginia’s going for money and that she’s basically a prostitute who, quote, had been on the game for several years. In my opinion, that’s not how you describe a child victim of sex trafficking. But they’ve got allies all through the halls of power in the UK.

You can’t call children prostitutes. How many times do we have to say it?
